We are back in Aspen after a couple of pleasant months in Houston and we're ready for the fun and games to begin. Actually Theba may miss some of that because she is recovering from back surgery (totally successful) and probably won't be doing any hiking or biking for another 6 weeks or so. She is however doing a lot of walking and is working out on a recumbent bike at the club. Most of the people that come and go haven't arrived yet and several that are usually here all summer aren't here either so it is really kind of quiet. But there are times when quiet is good. We did go on our bike trip in April with the Gordmans, Kasners and Epsteins ( we were the whole group) and had a great time. Started in Jackson, Mississippi, and ended with a few days in New Orleans.
